MEETING DETAILS


All scientific sessions will be held at the ROSEN CENTRE, 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Florida


The registration desk, staffed by Meetings Plus, will open at 3 PM Tuesday March 28th outside the EXECUTIVE BALLROOM on Level 1 (Lobby level) of the Rosen Centre Hotel. Badges and program books for pre-registered attendees will be distributed at the registration desk. Onsite registration will also be available.


The 20th Workshop on Vitamin D will start with the  Welcome Reception & Plenary Poster Session which is scheduled for 5-8 PM Tuesday March 28th in the ROSEN CENTRE SIGNATURE 1 meeting room (Level 1). 


Scientific sessions begin at 8AM Wednesday March 29th in the EXECUTIVE BALLROOM.


The meeting will close on Friday March 31st by 5PM.


Thursday will be a half day to allow for social networking and sightseeing.


Plenary posters, chosen based on abstract ranking, will be on display Tuesday evening during the Welcome Reception.


General poster sessions will be held on Wednesday and Friday during lunch break.
