Vitamin D Workshop
The Vitamin D Workshop has a long history of recognizing and supporting young scientists. Two award categories are available for the BARCELONA 2018 Workshop as described at right.
Graduate students and post-doctoral fellows (including clinical fellows, interns, residents) are eligible for the Trainee Travel Award.
If you are a Junior Faculty within 5 years of your first independent appointment, you are eligible for the Young Investigator award.
To apply for the Trainee Travel award you must also:
-submit a letter from your mentor or department confirming your trainee status.
To apply for the Young Investigator award, you must also:
-submit CV and letter of support from your Department Chair to our meeting planner Roxanne Hall at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2018 POSTER PRIZES
Poster prizes will be awarded based on scientific ranking of the submitted abstracts.
25 Posters will be selected for presentation at the Plenary Poster session which will be held in conjunction with the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening May 16, 2018.
Additional high scoring poster abstracts will be awarded print or electronic copies of David Feldman's "Vitamin D Fourth Edition" provided by Elsevier.
